Jan. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Erik Schatzker and Stephanie Ruhle report that Morgan Stanley is cutting 1,600 investment banking jobs, nearly 6 percent of the unit. They speak on Bloomberg Television's "Market Makers."
