April 25 (Bloomberg) -- Tomo Kinoshita, chief Japan economist at Nomura Holdings Inc. in Tokyo, talks about the nation's economy, and government and central bank policies. Tokyo's consumer prices rose 2.7 percent in April from a year earlier, the biggest jump since 1992, pumped up by a sales-tax increase and a year of unprecedented stimulus from the Bank of Japan.
