Rupkey Says Unemployment Data by State `Dramatic'

April 18 (Bloomberg) -- Chris Rupkey, chief financial economist at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, talks about data on U.S. payrolls released today. Payrolls climbed in 34 U.S. states in March and unemployment rates fell in 21, showing the job market was making progress across much of the world's largest economy. (Source: Bloomberg)
