Nov. 8 (Bloomberg) -- John Herrmann, an analyst at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities USA Inc., talks about the October U.S. employment report released today and implications for the economy. Payrolls increased by 204,000 workers following a revised 163,000 gain in September that was larger than initially estimated, Labor Department figures showed in Washington.
