Aug. 26 (Bloomberg) –- Damages from the earthquake that hit the San Francisco area this weekend are estimated to be as high as $4 billion. For many cities around the world, particularly coastal cities situated on the geologically active Ring of Fire, an earthquake could be catastrophically destructive. ECB's Constancio 'Convinced' Greece Won't Leave Euro
22:25 - European Central Bank Vice President Vitor Constancio talks about the outlook for resolution of the Greek debt crisis, contagion risk should there be a failure to reach agreement on Greece's aid program, volatility in European bond markets and European bank profitability. The ECB released its twice-yearly Financial Stability Review Thursday in which it said failure to reach an agreement on Greece’s aid program soon may drive yields on bonds issued by other euro-area countries higher.
