Dec. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Jeffrey Dvorett, vice president of development at Extell Development Co., talks about the company's One57 project, which will be Manhattan’s tallest residential tower and has set price records and lured buyers from around the world. Completion of the luxury-condominium development and the move-in of its first residents may be delayed by as much as two months after a partial crane collapse on the building during superstorm Sandy.
