March 20 (Bloomberg News) -- Bloomberg's Sara Eisen reports that a cyber attack temporarily shut down computer networks at some of South Korea’s largest banks and broadcasters as the government looks for links to North Korea. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Bloomberg Surveillance."
