Hawaii Filiponos Test Norms as Gay Marriage Gains

Sept. 16 (Bloomberg) –- Hawaii's legislature will convene in a special session on Oct. 28 to discuss a measure that would allow gay couples to wed starting Nov 18. For proponents, success of the measure hinges in part on winning the support of the Filipino community.
