March 3 (Bloomberg) -- Robert LoCascio, chief executive officer of LivePerson Inc., talks about the company's business model, stock performance and growth prospects. LivePerson, which helps clients from Microsoft Corp. to British Telecom Plc interact online with as many as 22 million customer chats a month, plans to roll out a $40 million multimedia platform and focus on emerging markets.
