August 3 (Bloomberg) -- David Kotok, chief investment officer at Cumberland Advisors Inc., discusses the U.S. July employment report. Payrolls in the U.S. climbed 163,000 more than forecast, boosted by a pickup in employment at automakers. Unemployment rose to 8.3 percent. Kotok, speaking with Michael McKee on Bloomberg Television's "In the Loop," also discusses the impact of computer errors at Knight Capital Group Inc. on investors' confidence.
