Case Says Housing Starts Now an Economic `Tailwind'

Nov. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Karl Case, co-creator of the S&P/Case-Shiller index of property values in 20 U.S. cities, talks about the housing market. The S&P/Case-Shiller index climbed 3 percent from September 2011, after advancing 2 percent in the year to August, the group said today.
