June 11 (Bloomberg) -- Iraqi oil minister Abdul Kareem al-Luaibi talks with Bloomberg in Vienna about the impact of fighting with guerrillas on oil production. A day after fighters from a breakaway al-Qaeda group drove police and soldiers from Mosul, the nation’s second-biggest city, there were conflicting reports on the situation in Baiji, north of Baghdad and home to Iraq’s biggest refinery.
