Dongfeng Motor Signs MOU to Buy Peugeot Stake

Feb. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Dongfeng plans to subscribe for Peugeot shares at 7.5 euros each for 524 million euros and subscribe Peugeot rights issue for 276 million euros, the company said in a filing to the Hong Kong stock exchange today.
