Feb. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen speaks about the outlook for central bank policy and the U.S. economy. Yellen, testifying before the Senate Banking Committee in Washington, says the Fed is likely to keep trimming asset purchases, even as policy makers monitor data to determine if recent weakness in the economy is temporary.
