Oct. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Timothy Sloan, chief financial officer at Wells Fargo & Co., talks about the bank's third-quarter profit and outlook, and political negotiations toward raising the federal debt ceiling. The largest U.S. home lender posted a 13 percent earnings gain that partly relied on tapping loan-loss reserves.
