Realogy's Smith: Pure Play Real Estate Investment

Oct. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Josh Lipton reports that Realogy Holdings Corp., the real estate brokerage company controlled by Apollo Global Management LLC, rose as much as 29 percent in its first day of trading as investors bet on a housing recovery.
