RCMP Arrests Two in Al-Qaeda-Backed Terror Plot

April 22 (Bloomberg) -- James Malizia, assistant commissioner for federal policing operations at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, speaks at at a news conference about the arrest of two suspects in connection with a plot to carry out an al-Qaeda-supported terrorist attack against a VIA passenger train.
