March 13 (Bloomberg) -- Gregory Rayburn, chief executive officer of Hostess Brands Inc., talks about Flowers Foods Inc.’s bid to buy most of the bankrupt baking company’s bread brands and Apollo Global Management LLC and C. Dean Metropoulos & Co.'s agreement to pay $410 million for the majority of its snack business, which includes Twinkies.
