Aug. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Randall Kroszner, former Federal Reserve Governor and now professor at University of Chicago Booth School, talks about central bank monetary policy. The Fed yesterday said persistently low inflation could hamper the economic expansion and pledged to keep buying $85 billion in bonds every month.
