First Female Team Principal on Women in Formula One

Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Monisha Kaltenborn, chief executive officer of the Sauber Formula One racing team, talks about her selection as the sport's only female team principal, quotas for women in traditionally male-dominated positions, scantily clad "pit girls" in Formula One and the outlook for female engineers and drivers in the racing series. Kalternborn, speaking with Bloomberg's Tariq Panja in Zurich, also discusses her relationship with Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone and the outlook for the business and growth of the sport.
