June 4 (Bloomberg) -- Christopher Carani, a partner at McAndrews, Held & Malloy, talks about a U.S. trade agency's decision that Apple Inc. infringed a patent owned by Samsung Electronics. Apple Inc. faces a ban on imports of some older devices, including the iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3, iPad 3G and iPad 2 3G made for AT&T Inc.
