German Football Austerity Leads to Finals Success

May 24 (Bloomberg) -- German football seems to have taken a page from the German government and taken the austere route to success. The Bundesliga's strict guidelines on ownership and spending has seen the league grow, culminating in an all-German final in the Champions League. Bloomberg's Tom Gibson reports.
