Jan. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Edward Lazear, a professor at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and former economic adviser to President George W. Bush, talks about the outlook for negotiations by U.S. political leaders over the U.S. debt ceiling and the potential economic effects of lack of an agreement.
