April 19 (Bloomberg) -- Ron Provenzano, who owns a barber shop in the village of Sandy Hook in Newtown, Connecticut, talks with Bloomberg's Freeman Klopott about the U.S. Senate's defeat of a plan to expand background checks for firearms purchasers.
