Aug. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Jason Schenker, president of Prestige Economics LLC in New York, talks about the U.S. July employment report. Payrolls in the U.S. increased 163,000 in July, more than forecast, boosted by a pickup in employment at automakers even as the jobless rate unexpectedly rose to a five-month high of 8.3 percent.
