Jan. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Scarlet Fu reports that Kiyomura K.K., a Tokyo-based sushi chain, paid a record $1.76 million to outbid an affiliate of a Hong Kong-based rival for a 489 pound blue tuna. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Bloomberg Surveillance."
