April 16 (Bloomberg) -- Sri Lanka's central bank Governor Ajith Nivard Cabraal talks about monetary policy and the nation's economy. The central bank left interest rates unchanged for a fourth month to support economic growth and contain inflation. Cabraal also discusses gold prices.
