May 2 (Bloomberg) -- Alan Ruskin, global head of G-10 foreign-exchange strategy at Deutsche Bank AG, talks about European Central Bank policy. The ECB cut its main refinancing rate to a record low of 0.5 percent from 0.75 percent. Ruskin, speaking with Tom Keene, Sara Eisen and Scarlet Fu Bloomberg Television's "Surveillance," also talks about global currencies.
