June 25 (Bloomberg) -- Josh Berger, president and managing director of Warner Bros. in the U.K., Ireland and Spain, talks about turning the film studios outside London where all eight "Harry Potter" movies were shot into a production facility and theme park at a cost of 100 million pounds ($156 millio).
