May 30 (Bloomberg) -- While territorial tensions mount between China and its neighbors Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and the Philippines, Beijing is cuddling up to its former Communist rival to the north...and the embrace seems to be reciprocal, as Moscow looks eastward in the face of sanctions from the West over the crisis in Ukraine.
