Obama Seeks Prompt Vote on Syria Strike

Sept. 3 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. President Barack Obama speaks about his decision to seek authorization from Congress for any military action against Syria in retaliation for the alleged use of chemical weapons by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's regime.
