Richard Li, son of Asia’s richest man, agreed to pay 1.64 billion euros ($2.14 billion) for ING Groep NV’s insurance units in Hong Kong, Macau and Thailand, as Asian buyers seek to profit from the dismantling of Europe’s largest financial companies.
