Sept. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Adam Silver, who will succeed David Stern as National Basketball Association commissioner in February 2014, talks about the outlook for the league, "Basketball Without Borders" and negotiating broadcast rights with media outlets. Silver, currently the NBA's deputy commissioner, speaks with Bloomberg's Scott Soshnick at the Bloomberg Link Sports Business Summit in New York. Bloomberg's Matt Miller also speaks.
