July 31 (Bloomberg) -- Karl Case, co-creator of the S&P/Case-Shiller index of property values in 20 U.S. cities, talks about the housing market and home prices. The S&P/Case-Shiller index decreased 0.7 percent in May from a year earlier, data from the group showed. Case speaks with Tom Keene and Ken Prewitt on Bloomberg Radio's "Surveillance."
