Herbalife's Structure Is `Legal,' Ramey Says

Jan. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Timothy Ramey, an analyst at D.A. Davidson & Co., talks about the outlook for Herbalife Ltd. which holds an investor conference in New York today. By taking an 8.2 percent stake in the direct seller of nutrition shakes, Daniel Loeb’s Third Point LLC is the latest firm to reject hedge fund manager Bill Ackman’s theory that Herbalife is a pyramid scheme.
