Obama Says Syrian Chemicals Use Challenge to World

Aug. 30 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama speaks about his administration's release of a U.S. intelligence assessment that concluded with “high confidence” that the Syrian regime carried out a chemical attack that killed 1,429 people in a Damascus suburb earlier this month. Obama also discusses the nature of a potential U.S. response at the start of a meeting with Presidents Toomas Hendrik Ilves of Estonia, Dalia Grybauskaite of Lithuania and Andris Berzins of Latvia, who also speak.
