FedEx's CEO `Cautiously Optimistic' on Fiscal Cliff

Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Fred Smith, chief executive officer of FedEx Corp., talks about the U.S. economy and trade, federal budget negotiations between lawmakers and the likelihood that they'll be able to avert the so-called year-end fiscal cliff of automatic budget cuts and tax increases.
