May 10 (Bloomberg) -- Shannon Cross, analyst at Cross Research, talks about a proposal by billionaire Carl Icahn and Southeastern Asset Management Inc. to have Dell Inc. investors keep their stakes in the computer maker and get $12 a share in cash.
