Nov. 7 (Bloomberg) -- New Jersey Governor Chris Christie speaks at a news conference in Harvey Cedars on Long Beach Island about preparations for a second major storm expected to strike the state about a week after Hurricane Sandy decimated New Jersey's coastline.
