Feb. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Paul Kedrosky, a senior fellow at the Kauffman Foundation and a Bloomberg News contributing editor, talks about David Einhorn's strategy to get Apple Inc. to issue high-yielding preferred stock. The stock would help shift the value of Apple's $137 billion stockpile of cash to investors, including Einhorn's Greenlight Capital Inc.
