New York's de Blasio on Building Explosion

March 12 (Bloomberg) -- New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio speaks at a news conference about an explosion in East Harlem that destroyed two buildings, killing two people and injuring at least 18. The explosion at 1644 and 1646 Park Ave., near 116th Street, reported about 9:30 a.m., was heard miles away and turned into a five-alarm fire.
