March 1 (Bloomberg) -- Ukraine's Ambassador to the United Nations Yuriy Sergeyev and Russian Ambassador Vitaly Churkin speak at a United Nations Security Council meeting about the situation in Ukraine after Russian lawmakers voted to give President Vladimir Putin the right to send troops following a pro-Russian uprising in Crimea.
