Jan. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Royal Dutch Shell Plc Chief Executive Officer Peter Voser discusses the outlook for costs and possible shale-gas production in the U.K. Europe's biggest energy company said fourth-quarter profit was $5.6 billion, missing analyst estimates.
