European Stocks Little Changed; BP, UBS Drop

European stocks were little changed, with the Stoxx Europe 600 Index heading for its second successive monthly rally, as company earnings missed forecasts and investors awaited the Federal Reserve’s signals on more stimulus. U.S. index futures and Asian shares gained.
