Jan. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Scarlet Fu reports that the cities of Istanbul, Tokyo and Madrid have put in bids for the 2020 summer Olympic Games and reveals the amount of money the cities are willing to spend to land the event. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Bloomberg Surveillance."
