Dell Buyout Pursuit Likely Killed by Board Decision

July 31 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg deal reporter Cristina Alesci reports that founder Michael Dell is unlikely to pursue a deal at $13.75 after Dell's board committee refused to change a rule that would make it easier for the buyout group to win shareholder support.
