Pemex CEO Lozoya Says Competition to Boost Growth
Dec. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Emilio Lozoya, chief executive officer of Petroleos Mexicanos, talks about Pemex's outlook as the Mexico considers ending the state-owned oil company's production monpoly.
