Nov. 15 (Bloomberg) -- In today's "Bloomberg Equities Report," Bloomberg's Betty Liu reports that Wal-Mart's profit forecast trails analyst estimates, Target reports a 15 percent gain in third-quarter profits and BP claims it is in advanced talks with the U.S. government to settle all claims from the 2010 Gulf oil spill.
