Esa-Pekka Salonen conducts the New York Philharmonic with the stunning Leila Josefowicz playing his Violin Concerto. Sibelius’s Symphony No. 5 is also on Saturday’s program, with a little charming Ravel. Singers on stationary bikes, tours of Grand Central Terminal and drama in a Russian bath house are some of the highlights of Performa 13, the city’s fifth performance-art biennial.
