Apex to Sell 200 Megawatts of Wind-Generated Power in Oklahoma
Apex Clean Energy Inc., the Charlottesville, Virginia-based developer of wind projects, has agreed to sell 200 megawatts to American Electric Power Co. (AEP)’s Oklahoma subsidiary.
The electricity will be delivered to the Public Service Company of Oklahoma from Apex’s 300-megawatt Balko project in Beaver County that is expected to begin operations in 2015, closely held Apex said in a statement today.
